The Business Quality Awards (BQA) were created to champion and recognise the hard work of intermediaries. We value that you’re always there for your clients, working hard to deliver the products and protection that best suits their needs. And during recent challenging times, you’ve been there more than ever. We’ve got to hand it to you.


That’s why we’re inviting you to showcase your work and gain extra recognition. And why we’re organising a big celebration to celebrate the positive impact you make on customers' lives every day.


BQA nominees are shortlisted based on exceptional performances and statistics. Our Outstanding Customer Outcome award will recognise the firms that have delivered an excellent end-to-end customer experience over the last twelve months. We’ll also consider how firms have adapted to the challenges recent times have brought. 


If you’re based in the UK selling Legal & General protection products and can answer yes to any of the criteria below, you should enter for this category today.

  • Do you have a retention plan in place?
  • Have you altered your business processes or practices to deliver better customer outcomes and improved retention?
  • Have you helped your customers make a claim that they may not have been able to make without you?
  • Has your use of technology improved your reach and interaction with your customers?
  • Do you offer extra services that provide real value to retain customers?
  • Have your staff helped improve the quality of your business performance?
  • Have you had to adapt your processes to continue to maintain a high standard of customer outcomes during COVID-19?

  2. Firms with 11-50 employees
  3. Firms with 51+ employees


Winners of these awards will be invited to join us for a celebratory awards ceremony on Thursday, 17 February 2022.
